TeamViewer 3.0 beta published

Uhingen, 08/27/2007 – With TeamViewer 3.0 beta the prerelease of the next generation of the popular desktop sharing solution is now publicly available. Major components of the solution that allows instant remote control of computers anywhere on the Internet have been completely redeveloped. This led to another increase in performance, usability and stability of the software that is already known as one of the fastest and most reliable on the market.

As one of the first solutions for remote support TeamViewer 3.0 beta is able to connect to computers running Windows Vista and to control applications running in the Vista Secure Desktop. Even inquiries of the UAC (user account control) are being transmitted and can be confirmed from the remote computer – a functionality that most other solutions are still missing.

Version 3.0 beta includes improved compression and encoding combined with faster and more stable connections. Several additional changes and improvements complete the new package.
